FLTRD Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges are only accepted in the case of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly fulfilled items.

To qualify for an exchange, all items must be returned to us within 14 days under the following conditions:
• Items must be unaltered, unused, and in full sellable condition (as received).
• Items must be returned in their original packaging/box/dust cover, with all labels, tags, and instructions still attached.

Sale Items
All sale and discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving your order with details and photos of the issue.

Exchange Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, our team will contact you to confirm approval and guide you through the exchange process.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.

Important Notes
• No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
• If your requested exchange item is unavailable, you will receive a store credit valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
• Store credit can be used toward any future FLTRD purchases.
